Good Morning Call and Baby Love both feature interesting (yet short) relationship conflicts. Both packaged in a one episode OVA, they don't fail to deliver a storyline which will interest you. I definitely preferred Good Morning Call for it's slighlty more adult attitude, but I do think if you liked one, you should check the other out.
